Vexlyx vs Coolify

Coolify and Vexlyx solve the same first problem the same way: connect a Git repo, get automatic builds and SSL via Traefik, no Dockerfile required if you don't want one. If app deployment is the whole job, Coolify is a mature, widely-used tool for exactly that, and this comparison won't talk you out of it.

Where they diverge is everything around the app. Vexlyx also runs a full mail server (Postfix, Dovecot, Roundcube, with per-domain DKIM/SPF/DMARC scoring), hosts WordPress and plain PHP sites, and can serve as authoritative DNS for your domains, opt-in, not forced. Coolify's own documentation doesn't describe any of those three as current features.

Pick Vexlyx if

you want one server handling deploys, your website, your email, and your DNS, instead of stitching together separate tools for each.

Coolify may fit better if

app deployment is the only job, and you'd rather keep mail/DNS on infrastructure you already run elsewhere.

Not found means we did not find the feature in the vendor's own pages. It does not mean the product lacks it. Spotted a mistake? Tell us and we will fix it.

Plesk price is the Web Admin edition (10 domains) on a VPS, billed yearly. cPanel price is the Solo tier (1 account), billed monthly.

Dokploy licenses most of its code under Apache 2.0 and reserves a proprietary directory for future paid features.

Coolify and Dokploy also sell optional managed cloud plans. Self-hosting is free.
